Visenara currently focuses on delivery to the United States. Available destinations and methods are confirmed at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time.

Estimated transit time

Standard U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs, carrier disruptions, weather, and peak-season volume may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch and may take 2–5 business days to show movement. If tracking has not updated after that period, contact support@visenara.com.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or returned to sender, email support@visenara.com with your order number.
